Now i will write for head stand.It's nice move that i say you to learn it 2 :D.When you master it you can roll back and head stand.It's cool for footwork.And its effective when you can head spin its really cool.People like that power. I like it 2 but it isn't easy. you have to do it more than a year maybe im not sure but if u aren't a beginer you will do it more then a year.But first master your freezes and footwork and then start power.So here is a picture what is head stand :D..
